Project completed in collaboration with UGG: an army of 28 oversized decorative nutcrackers wearing UGG boots, each standing on a round base. Fabricated from high-density foam, the figures feature gold detailing and white beards. Created specifically for installation in UGG store window displays across 14 stores in North America.
